What to expect...

AFTER HOMECOMING

WITH POTTY TRAINING....

  • Your puppy WILL still have potty accidents inside.

  • Your puppy WILL still need to be in a confined space when you are home to prevent them from having potty accidents

  • There WILL be a transition period where your puppy will need to learn who, what, and where they need to go to when adjusting to their new home

  • Even when your puppy is doing well with their training with their trainer, you will have to develop a bond with your puppy that makes them feel that they can trust you

WITH CRATE TRAINING...

  • Your puppy will be MUCH better adjusted to their crate, but you will still need to sleep with the crate in your bedroom for a minimum of the first few nights to ensure that your puppy can wake you up if they need to, and in turn help build trust that you are 'their' person that will take care of their needs.

  • Your puppy will be able to sleep in their crate for a minimum of 6 hours overnight, but please still allow for an adjustment period as they get used to your schedule, a new environment, and possibly time zone changes

  • Your puppy should be crated if you are not home, and should only be left in the crate for a maximum of 4 hours during the day

WITH LEASH WALKING...

  • Your puppy will be able to walk short distances on a leash without pulling as long as our team's transition suggestions are followed through on

  • Your puppy shouldn't go on walks longer than 30 minutes

WITH OBEDIENCE....

  • Your puppy will have knowledge of the commands listed above, but will still need to practice them regularly with 'their' new person to develop trust and bonding.

  • Your puppy WILL NOT obey with 100% accuracy and will need regular practice to keep skills up

" The 12 week program was a huge blessing! I have 2 littles of my own at home so having Loki come potty trained and prepped saved me! He is the best behaved dog with my kids and has been easy to keep up the training. If you are looking to have your dog ready to go when he gets to you, I highly recommend this training."
